Sarah is a Proven strategic and results-oriented leader with 20+ years of healthcare experience, primarily in specialty pharmaceuticals, but also in consulting, hospital administration and managed care. Sarah joined the Apogenics Team in May 2013; her area of focus at Apogenics includes strategy, brand management, analytics, and primary market research.
Prior to joining Apogenics, Sarah was Vice President of Marketing at Optimer Pharmaceuticals where she was promoted from her prior position as Senior Director of New Product Planning and Life Cycle Management. Prior to Optimer, Sarah was part of the Leadership Development Program at Roche where she held various leadership roles including in Marketing, Market Analytics, Business Development and Sales. She was a key member of several important specialty launch teams at Roche, as well as led several corporate initiatives including in HCV Market Development, REMS Project Team Leader and Genentech Rheumatology Franchise Strategy (as part of Roche / Genentech integration).
