Pat leads the Trade and Channel Development at Apogenics. Pat’s work focuses on providing services to the healthcare marketplace including those healthcare service providers and pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers interested in designing, managing and measuring the effectiveness of their sales channels and distribution strategies. He has extensive experience in designing distribution launch plans, building commercial account sales teams, trade policy development, creation of and measurement of specialty and traditional channel contracts and helping clients successfully execute and pull-through their product strategies. Pat’s work includes helping clients throughout the products lifecycle from pre-launch through late stage line extensions. He has unique experience in developing and leveraging the trade channel to drive sales performance.
Prior to joining Apogenics, Pat worked at Roche Laboratories for over 30 years and held various positions in Finance and Sales and Marketing. His last position was Director of Trade and Professional Relations.
